Returns and refunds

Our refund/exchange policy is that if a product has a quality issue, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

After receiving the returned item, I will inspect it. If it does indeed have a quality issue, I will either send the buyer a functionally tested replacement free of charge or provide a full refund.
